You don't need a permit for a cosmetic refresh (cabinets, paint, countertops, in-place plumbing). You do need one if you're moving the sink/dishwasher/range outside their current location, removing or moving walls, or changing electrical service. We handle the application and inspections.

Most clients do. We set up a temporary cook station (microwave + induction burner + fridge in the dining or garage area), and we tarp/dust-control the work zone. About 20% of clients with full layout changes choose to move out for the demolition phase.

Both. We do in-house design for kitchens up to about $90k. Above that, we'll bring in a Langley-based kitchen designer we work with regularly — or work alongside your existing designer.

Either way. Most clients buy their own appliances (you'll get better deals direct from Trail or other Lower Mainland appliance dealers). We coordinate delivery, installation, and final hookup.
