Everyone brings a different skill set to the table, but the standards stay the same. We care about the details, communicate clearly, and take a lot of pride in doing things properly. No egos, no shortcuts, just a solid team that knows their role and does it well.
Cody Baines
President + CEO
Cody has been working in construction since 2011 and brings a steady, practical approach to every project. He’s known for problem-solving on the fly, being upfront with clients, and making decisions that prioritise long-term results over quick fixes. Details and communication matter, and cutting corners is not on the table. If he’s not on site, he’s usually camping or mentally reorganizing someone else’s tool trailer.
Hailey Baines
Creative Lead + CAO
Hailey has a knack for turning ideas into clear plans and catching the little details others miss. She’s the person who brings order to creative chaos, with a sharp eye for visuals and how things feel, not just how they look. Thoughtful, organised, and quietly opinionated about good design, she cares deeply about things being done well. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her dancing, crafting something just for fun, or fully committed to a good pun.
Greg Specken
Project Manager
Greg brings a sharp eye for detail to every project, with a strong focus on interior finishing. Organisation, precision, and doing things properly the first time are what keep his projects running smoothly. He has a reputation for noticing the small things that make a big difference once a space comes together. A self-declared Milwaukee loyalist, he’s rarely far from his favourite tools, and in his spare time he puts that attention to detail to use carving.
Jacqueline Murphy
Administrative Assistant
Jacqueline has been part of the team from the beginning and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s always open to new ideas and better ways of doing things, bringing a steady, supportive presence to the day-to-day details. Equal parts adaptable and curious, she’s just as comfortable jumping into something new as she is keeping everything on track. Sourdough baking and mom life round things out.
Maria Pérez
Administrative Assistant
Maria is the newest addition to the admin team and brings a calm, steady presence to the day-to-day. She’s thoughtful and dependable, with a natural way of keeping things on track. Easygoing and consistent, she helps keep everything moving behind the scenes. She’s always happy to jump in where needed and support the team. Crafts and spending time with her animals are usually how she recharges.
Matt Undershute
Content Producer
Matt brings a strong pulse on the online world to the team. He’s tuned into trends, streaming culture, and what’s actually landing right now, often spotting ideas before they’re obvious. Quick with a joke and even quicker to run with a concept, he keeps things light while pushing ideas forward. He splits his free time between gaming and getting out camping.
Good work doesn’t come from one person. It comes from a team that shows up, pays attention, and holds the same standards no matter the size of the job. That consistency is what keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish.
